Sound is made when vibrations create waves in the air! Birds make their songs using an incredible organ called the syrinx. Unlike our larynx, the syrinx splits into two tubes, like an upside-down Y. As air moves over vibrating membranes, it creates those beautiful bird songs. How cool is that? WOW! 🎶🐦
